Are you passionate about softball and coaching young athletes? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Middle School Softball Coach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide middle school students in developing their softball skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship.
As the Middle School Softball Coach, you will be responsible for planning and leading practices, and providing constructive feedback to help players improve. You will create a positive and inclusive environment where students can thrive both on and off the field. Additionally, you will work closely with the Athletic Director, Mitchell Weisbrot to ensure the success of the softball program.
The ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience, a strong knowledge of softball rules and strategies, and a commitment to promoting the values of sportsmanship and fair play. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are essential for this role. A background check will be required.
7th and 8th grade- Students practice Monday-Thursday from 2:35pm- 3:30pm, with games scheduled Monday – Thursday.
Spring season is from March 2nd- May 27th
