Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Enrollment and working closely with the Director of Admissions, this dynamic and motivated individual will lead this crucial component of our operations and fuel the overall success and well-being of the school.

Responsibilities:
Supports the following administrative responsibilities in close cooperation with the Director of Admissions:
Assist in executing the strategy/vision of the Enrollment office
Process admission applications: work with parents to ensure all application components are received and recorded
Coordinate student and parent visits and student assessment
Work with admissions committees
Provide regular feedback and insight on a broad range of communication with families
Assist in coordinating testing, interviews, open houses, social functions, and all other admission events
Maintain the applicants’ files
Create and evaluate surveys for current applicants and withdrawn students
Maintain application portal including, dates, updated applications, and proper forms
Desire to be part of building the larger school culture and community, particularly with regard to diversity, equity and inclusivity efforts
Generate inquiries by representing the school at various outreach events and information sessions
Answer procedural and program queries in person, through email and over the phone
Receive visitors and conduct tours
Answer, log, and respond to all email and phone inquiries
Coordinate decision letters, accepted student packets and new parent information
Communicate with internal community regarding applicants and new students
Additional Functions:
Process and track all inquiries, open house reservations and applicants
Prepare for open houses: name tags, sign-in sheets and agenda
Make and send all information packets to inquiries
Use database to create updated weekly, monthly, and special reports along with mailing lists
Have the flexibility to extend hours during busy periods

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Three years of Admissions and management/leadership experience preferred
Desire to be part of building the larger school culture and community, particularly with regard to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
Generally work in standard office conditions and climate
Work in a fast-paced and professional environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines and a varied and diverse array of contacts
May work at a desk and computer for extended periods of time
Work in a school environment with frequent contact with students
