The Knox School is seeking a highly qualified Biology instructor capable of teaching specialized science electives. Courses may include:
Biology (Regents, Honors, or Advanced Placement)
Anatomy & Physiology
Microbiology
Kinesiology
Forensics (preferred but not required)
Desired Qualifications:
Strong laboratory teaching experience
Ability to design advanced electives
Interest in collaborating on interdisciplinary STEM–science initiatives
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Preference will be given to strong candidates with a Master’s Degree and/or a valid Teaching Certificate. Experience in independent schools is a plus.
On-campus housing MAY be available, though it is not required for employment.
