Harrisburg Academy seeks a Music Teacher for students in our Early Childhood Program through Upper School for the 2025-2026 school year. Harrisburg Academy is a Full Continuum International Baccalaureate School, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Diploma Programme (DP).
The ideal candidate for this position will hold a degree in music or a related discipline and have two to five years of teaching students in a wide variety of age groups. In addition, this individual should feel comfortable assisting in crafting curriculum. Experience working within the International Baccalaureate Program and/or a background in vocal, winds & brass instruction is a plus. This position could possibly be divided into two part-time positions, one focusing on EC/LS and the other focusing on MS/US. As a member of the fine arts department, the music teacher also supports the Middle & Upper School musicals and works with our performing ensembles.
