The Walker School is seeking a Lower School Math Teacher to join our collaborative fifth-grade team. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who loves working with children, values relationships, and is passionate about helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally through engaging, differentiated math instruction.
In this role, you will:
Design meaningful, well-planned math lessons that meet students where they are
Foster a joyful, inclusive classroom that supports the whole child
Collaborate closely with grade-level colleagues and learning specialists
Build strong partnerships with students and families through clear communication
Model curiosity, kindness, and a growth mindset every day
