 The  Educational Technology Integrator  provides enthusiastic partnership in all areas of educational technology, with an emphasis on delivering a future-focused education characterized by innovation and a mindful approach to learning. Reporting directly to the Director of Technology, this person is an integral member of the 3-member Technology team and directly engages faculty in their implementation of educational technology, helping teachers grow their technical skills and expand their understanding of how technology can enhance learning and shape each student&#8217;s future.

 Candidates must have a demonstrated record of supporting technology integration in an academic setting and a commitment to viewing curriculum, classroom, and school culture through a lens of equity and justice. A nurturing and caring personality is essential. 
 &#xa0; 
 RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Technology Integration 
 
 Maintain an active classroom presence to observe teaching practice, build relationships with faculty, and collaborate on lesson planning and technology integration across all grades 
 Mentor teachers in adopting purposeful technology integration strategies that advance innovative and differentiated teaching and learning 
 Collaborate with faculty to deepen curriculum alignment and expand technology integration across disciplines; lead ongoing development and implementation of the Digital Literacy Curriculum 
 Design and facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and hands-on projects to support school-wide digital learning programs 
 Provide day-to-day support for faculty technology integration, including direct support of individual teachers and unique or stand-alone academic programs, and troubleshooting for routine technological issues 
 Manage and promote effective use of all educational technology services, platforms, and subscriptions across the school community 
 Instruct students and support faculty in the use of academic technology, modeling and promoting current digital citizenship practices 
 Document and assess educational technology use to inform continuous improvement and share outcomes; maintain current software and hardware inventories 
 Research emerging technologies and tools to evaluate their potential impact on teaching and learning; engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and self-directed study 
 Work with the Director of Library Services to design long- and short-range planning for curriculum and technology integration 
 
 Artificial Intelligence Literacy &#38; Ethics 
 
 Evaluate and integrate AI systems and tools in alignment with institutional values of intentional, safe, ethical, and developmentally-appropriate use 
 Guide employees and students in understanding the opportunities and limitations of AI tools in order to foster informed, critical, and responsible engagement 
 Maintain practical, hands-on fluency with emerging AI tools and stay current with developments relevant to K-8 education 
 In partnership with the Director of Technology, routinely revise and communicate school-wide policies and frameworks for AI use that reflect Cathedral&#8217;s values 
 
 Innovation Lab 
 
 Develop and execute a vision for how the Innovation Lab can best be utilized across all grades to support and enhance the K-8 curriculum 
 Proctor/teach a 30 min. Upper School elective (Grades 5-8), twice per 6 day cycle 
 Co-teach units of study in digital citizenship and coding with the Director of Library Services to support curricular needs and develop student digital literacy 
 Inventory and maintain all Innovation Lab materials, tools, and equipment, including hardware and software 
 Support faculty and students in the use of Makerspace technologies including laser cutters, 3D printers, elementary robotics platforms (including Lego and Ozobot), and related tools 
 
 Planning &#38; Administration 
 
 In partnership with the Director of Technology, develop a strategic technology plan that reflects curriculum needs and informs the annual and long-term academic technology budget 
 Help maintain an accurate catalog of EdTech resources, software, and digital subscriptions, in collaboration with Division Heads 
 Solicit regular feedback from faculty, staff, and students on classroom needs, existing systems and hardware, and new tools in order to provide ongoing opportunities for feedback, testing, and demonstration 
 Work on long-term projects as assigned by the Director of Technology and collaborate with the full team during summer work 
 QUALIFICATIONS 
 Required 
 
 Multiple years of experience in a Technology Integration Specialist or comparable role 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree required 
 Demonstrated experience collaborating with teachers across disciplines to identify instructional needs and meaningfully integrate technology into curriculum 
 Practical AI literacy: hands-on experience using, evaluating, and experimenting with AI tools in an educational context 
 Fluency with Mac and iOS operating systems and productivity suites, including Google Apps for Education, Microsoft Office, iMovie, and Canva 
 Comfort using, maintaining, and troubleshooting makerspace technologies such as 3D printers and laser engravers 
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, plan and implement projects independently, and follow through with attention to detail 
 Creative problem-solving to approach projects with flexibility and initiative 
 Ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of people across various capacities and situations 
 Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the access and use of technology for all students, teachers, and staff 
 Proven commitment to professional growth, including a willingness to learn new tools and technologies and incorporate feedback to continuously improve practice 
 
 Strongly Preferred 
 
 Knowledge and experience with programming, robotics, and coding in K-8 contexts; candidates with a willingness to develop these skills will also be considered 
 Experience teaching students basic typing and foundational digital skills, or a demonstrated interest in developing this area of practice 
 Experience working with students and teachers across elementary and/or middle school grades

 Columbia Grammar &#38; Preparatory School seeks an outstanding, student-focused Computer Science Teacher who will help develop an expanding technology curriculum. This person will be responsible for teaching Middle School computer science classes including 8th grade robotics as well as intermediate and advanced high-school electives in Computer Science (Python &#38; Java), Robotics, Design, Engineering and Fabrication.&#xa0; For middle school work, We follow the Project Lead the Way curriculum that uses activities, projects, and problem-based learning experiences with real-world applications. Educators must be certified by Project Lead the Way in order to teach the course. CGPS will pay all associated costs for attending the course training.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
 Teach Middle School Technology classes, following the PLTW Design and Modeling course for 6th grade, Computer Science for Innovators &#38; Makers for 7th grade, and in Automation &#38; Robotics in 8th grade 
 Collaborate with the Technology Department Head and department colleagues on instructional practices, assessment practices, and enhancements to the curriculum 
 Model and teach acceptable use of technology and digital citizenship concepts and skills, including AI Literacy 
 Lead clubs or robotics teams, as assigned 
 Develop and teach intermediate and advanced Computer Science and Engineering courses at the high school level (grades 9 through 12.) 
 Organize and maintain the innovation and design lab (i.e robotics supplies, 3D printers, laser cutters, etc.) 
 Collaborate with faculty in other departments to explore opportunities for interdisciplinary projects. 
 Provide faculty, students, and staff with guidance on using educational technology. 
 Lead and advise the Prep School Robotics League Teams 
 Demonstrate effective classroom management and the ability to establish and maintain a collaborative, supportive learning environment 
 Establish student safety protocols for tools and equipment 
 Responsible for coverage of duties, as assigned

 The Quad Preparatory School is looking for a Lower School Tech and Engineering teacher who is able to teach grades K-5 for the 2026&#8211;27 school year. The ideal candidates will be able to teach a wide range of elementary computer science courses. Teachers will provide academic instruction and social-emotional support to students in collaboration with our clinicians. Our classrooms consist of no more than ten students, and some classes are taught with no more than five students.&#xa0; 
 &#xa0; 
 Teachers have the opportunity to receive mentorship, coaching, and support from the clinicians as well as academic administrators. A benefit of this position is the amount of professional development one will obtain in working with twice-exceptional youth and in being mentored by veteran special education teachers, academic administrators, and clinicians.&#xa0;

 Plan and implement high-quality, engaging tech and engineering lessons that are differentiated to meet the learning needs of the students.&#xa0; 
 Regularly assess the students and the curriculum, adapting content and instruction as appropriate; communicating assessment results to parents. 
 Subscribe to and implement the school&#8217;s philosophy of progressive and personalized education for twice-exceptional children.&#xa0;

 Maintain accurate records using both the student information system Veracross as well as carefully managed portfolios of student work to illustrate and record progress and achievement. 
 Empower students to take charge of their learning by providing all necessary scaffolding, modeling, materials, and resources, and consistently maintaining a high level of expectation for student success.&#xa0; 
 Collaborate with other academic staff and psychosocial staff members to plan, integrate, and facilitate cross-curricular, inquiry-based projects.&#xa0; 
 Communicate with parents and guardians to provide feedback on pupils&#8217; academic and social-emotional progress through parent-teacher conferences, written reports, phone calls, and emails. 
 Follow the professional code and policies of the school and conduct oneself in a way that promotes the mission of the school.&#xa0; 
 Utilize Google Suite, in particular Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.&#xa0;

 Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:&#xa0;

 This is a full-time exempt position in an educational facility that is open eight hours a day. Teachers, psychosocial teachers, and staff clinicians work ten months out of the year according to the academic calendar (late August to late June). Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required, anticipate at least three of these events throughout the year. In general, though, hours are Monday&#8211;Friday 8am &#8211; 4pm.&#xa0;

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the 5-12 Educational Technology Specialist is a key member of the Technology Department and serves as a pedagogical thought partner and expert practitioner. At Trinity, the conversation between student and teacher is the heart of our school; this role is designed to nourish that relationship by ensuring technology serves as a bridge to deep learning. 
 The Specialist balances hands-on faculty support with the management of divisional initiatives - specifically focusing on Al literacy, digital citizenship, and data privacy- to ensure technology remains a tool for exploration and innovation. 
 Primary Responsibilities &#xa0; 
 Instructional Coaching and  Faculty Support 
 
 Serve as a dedicated instructional partner for Middle and Upper School faculty, engaging in pedagogical conversations to connect technology tools to classroom 
 Provide personalized, hands-on educational technology support to help teachers overcome technical hurdles and identify tools that align with specific curricular goals. 
 Design and lead divisional professional development sessions and workshops on emerging tools that align with Trinity&#39;s pedagogical practices. 
 Develop and maintain a library of tutorials, &quot;how-to&quot; guides, and best-practice exemplars for faculty and students. 
 
 Emerging   Technologies   and   Digital   Citizenship 
 
 Co-lead the school&#39;s engagement with Artificial Intelligence (Al) and emerging tools, including co-facilitating an Al Working Group to develop Al literacy that balances skepticism and curiosity. 
 In collaboration with Librarians and the Lower School team, oversee the Digital Citizenship scope and sequence (K-12) to ensure ethical discernment and critical media 
 Maintain a rigorous vetting process for all 5-12 software to ensure strict adherence to student data privacy standards and school safety protocols. 
 
 Strategic  and Systems Operations 
 
 Assist the CIO in executing the 5-12 portion of the school&#39;s strategic technology plan, ensuring classroom needs inform school-wide goals. 
 Partner with the technology team to ensure that 5-12 hardware (laptops, iPads) and platforms (LMS/Google Workspace) meet daily operational needs. 
 Support the technology team during school breaks and during the summer with the auditing and preparation of 5-12 student and faculty devices, ensuring all devices are ready for a seamless start to the academic year. 
 
 Education and Experience 
 
 &#xa0; A Bachelor&#39;s degree is required; a Master&#39;s degree in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field is highly preferred. 
 A minimum of 3-5 years of successful classroom teaching experience (ideally grades 5-12) and 2+ years of experience in an edtech coaching or leadership role. 
 
 Qualifications 
 &#xa0; The ability to center the student-teacher relationship. Technology for its own sake is not valued - technology that enables us to deepen our work with students is. 
 
 Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace for Education and deep experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackbaud, Google Classroom). 
 An ability to balance self-management with a patient, collaborative approach, providing &#39;push-in&#39; support to faculty with varying levels of technical comfort; a sense of humor is a definite 
 Complex decision-making skills and sound
