The Information Systems and Enrollment Coordinator supports Country Day School’s data infrastructure, digital systems, and online presence. This role ensures the accurate management and integration of student and school data across platforms and supports school-wide communications through website maintenance and digital content coordination. In partnership with the Director of Advancement and Strategic Communications, the coordinator ensures cohesive external messaging while also serving as a key resource for data integrity and analysis.
Marketing and Communications:
Support the implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy to advance the school's mission, values, and brand
Manage internal and external marketing of the CDS brand.
Create and curate content for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials
Manage the school's website, including updates, design, and content management
Develop and maintain the school's online presence, including strategy, content creation, and engagement—including website and social media channels
Collaborate with the Head of School, Director of Advancement and Strategic Communications, and faculty to develop key messaging and content
Analyze website and social media metrics to inform communications strategies
Manage the school's online presence, including website and social media channels
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School
Registrar:
Manage all aspects of student data, specifically the transfer from admission to enrollment.
In collaboration with the Director of Admissions track and record all emergency contact information for students, including updating student records in SIS
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including reports
Serve as the school's primary point of contact for student data
Manage the school's student information system (SIS) and ensure data integrity
Provide data support for school administrators, including data extraction, analysis, and reporting
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track student data and trends
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
Partner with the Assistant Head of School during the independent school outplacement process (i.e. uploading student records and transcripts)
Data Support:
Manage and maintain the school's database systems, including Blackbaud, Seesaw, Ruvna, Bonterra, and CampBrain, Finalsite, Libib, and ADP
Provide technical support for faculty and staff on database and software issues
Develop and implement data visualization and reporting tools to support school decision- making
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
