The Berkeley Carroll School is a Pre-K through grade 12 college preparatory school of almost 1,000 students located in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn in New York City. We seek a part-time (75%) Mandarin teacher to join our World Language department for the 2025-2026 school year and to teach a range of small Mandarin classes, from introductory to intermediate/high intermediate.
Advanced Mandarin Independent Study (1 student, course meets twice/two-week cycle)
The ideal candidate will have native or near-native fluency in Mandarin, Mandarin teaching experience at this level, an interest in collaboration with other language teachers, and a love of teaching high school students.
