Join Sequoyah School’s admissions team as an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director of Admissions and Outreach! You’ll play a critical role in guiding families from their first introduction to our school through the entire enrollment process, ensuring each experience reflects the inclusivity and integrity of Sequoyah’s mission. Position Overview
We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to advance and enhance outreach at school entry points, specifically Kindergarten and 9th grade, in a manner that reflects the warmth and inclusivity of the Sequoyah community.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement strategic marketing and outreach efforts.
Cultivate and expand community partnerships to achieve enrollment goals.
Design and execute impactful admissions events both on and off-campus, meticulously managing logistics from registration to follow-up.
Deliver engaging presentations and tours representing Sequoyah’s values and mission.
Design and manage parent and student engagement as part of the enrollment process.
Leverage data collection, analysis, and reporting tools to assess program efficacy and forecast future needs.
Oversee the international application process as the Designated School Official, ensuring compliance and support.
