The Hun School of Princeton seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and analytical Enrollment Systems and Operations Manager to support all aspects of the admissions process through effective systems oversight, data analytics, and operational coordination. This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management.
The Enrollment Systems and Operations Manager ensures efficient operations through effective systems management, accurate data tracking, and streamlined workflows. Taking a strategic approach to data and systems to enhance internal processes and support a consistent, well-communicated experience for prospective families. With a focus on building structure, identifying patterns, refining tools, and applying data insights, they contribute meaningfully to both daily operations and long-term planning.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Enrollment CRM Administration, and Data Operations:
Act as the strategic lead and primary administrator for Veracross (CRM) and Clarity (financial aid platform)—customizing, maintaining, and advancing all system workflows across inquiry, application, financial aid, and enrollment;
Ensure accurate and consistent data management, oversight of daily data syncing, deduplication, list generation, and report production;
Analyze application and enrollment data trends to support strategic planning and financial aid forecasting;
Maintain and leverage historical enrollment and aid data to generate year-over-year comparisons, institutional reporting, and long-range projections;
Build, maintain, and enhance automated communication workflows within Veracross, ensuring timely and professional outreach at every stage of the admission process;
Develop and maintain internal documentation, and train admission team members on system use, data standards, and operational best practices;
Coordinate annual system rollovers and the setup of new application cycles in collaboration with cross-functional departments (IT, Business Office, MarCom, and Advancement).
Operational Coordination and Process Optimization:
Coordinate the intake, processing, and completion tracking of application and financial aid materials across all entry points;
Oversee and facilitate the online enrollment process and serve as the point person for families to ensure a seamless experience;
Maintain digital student records and checklists with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely updates;
Lead ongoing enhancements to daily workflows, the admissions communication calendar, and the enrollment timeline to streamline operations and improve clarity;
Track and reconcile the admissions budget, including vendor relationships, invoice documentation, and expense reporting;
Execute all bulk mailings and ensure adequate inventory of printed materials and promotional items;
Support travel planning by analyzing territory data, assembling market-specific materials, organizing logistics, and compiling post-travel insights for future strategy;
Collaborate with the IT/Data Systems Manager to ensure data integrity for constituent data syncing between Veracross and institutional platforms such as Finalsite and Canvas;
Partner with the Marketing and Communications team to align communication calendars and coordinate data syncing in support of lead generation and lead nurturing;
Conduct regular system use audits to ensure Veracross, Clarity, and related platforms are being used as efficiently, effectively, and to their fullest extent.
Committee and Application Support:
Assist with preparation and setup for admission committee reviews, including applicant file organization and decision documentation;
Conduct student interviews and participate in application evaluations as needed;
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency across all applicant records and outcomes.
Event and Visit Logistics:
Manage event setup in Veracross, including registration, nametag production, communication timelines, and data capture;
Coordinate logistical planning and execution for admission events—including open houses, webinars, visit days, and yield programming—with a focus on data accuracy and family experience;
Partner with the Visit Coordinator to ensure accurate campus visit tracking, confirmation messaging, and post-visit communication follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in data systems, operations, enrollment, or school administration preferred;
Demonstrated proficiency with Veracross (or comparable CRM systems), including managing workflows, forms, communications, and data reporting;
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to inform decision-making and improve systems;
Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and poise;
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, communicate clearly with families, and contribute positively to team culture;
Effective communicator with polished written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to work beyond and outside the typical workday, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or project deadlines;
Commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity in handling sensitive data and communications;
A flexible and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team;

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
