The Greenwood School in Putney, Vermont, seeks an enthusiastic, reliable team member to serve on its weekend staff. This part-time position will require an individual to work directly with students and faculty from Friday evening to Sunday evening over multiple shifts (no overnights), completing at least 20 hours/weekend. Weekends at Greenwood consist of enriching, fun, educational, and philanthropic activities.
Weekend Team Member Responsibilities:
· Work under the guidance of the Director of Residential Life
· Help to provide a safe and engaging residential environment for all students (grades 6-12)
· Participate in residential trainings at the beginning of the academic year, as well as throughout the academic year
· Participate in enriching activities with Greenwood students
· Communicate with the Director of Residential Life on any behavioral or disciplinary issues that arise in the dorm
· Be responsible for the safety and well-being of Greenwood students during assigned shifts

Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree, or working towards a degree is preferred
· Experience in residential settings preferred
· Experience working with boys grades 6-12 in an educational, residential, or human service background preferred
· Good team player
· A valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive students
· A sense of humor and optimism, and a positive mindset to help set our students up for success
