Park Tudor is currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Junior Kindergarten Teacher (ages 3-4) for the 2025-26 school year to join a school committed to high levels of achievement of all students. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education; the ability to form relationships with students, colleagues, and families; and great communication skills. The candidate shall also be a reflective educator who is committed to cultivating a growth mindset learning community that is safe and supportive, and someone who is inclusive and responsive to the needs of every child.?Park Tudor’s center for early childhood education provides an environment specifically for young learners. Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: Previous pre-school teaching experience, independent school experience preferred
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with 3–4-year-olds?
Utilize developmentally appropriate practices and brain-based research to inform their teaching
Student-centered and highly collaborative
Willingness to collaborate with grade level teachers on a weekly basis to create differentiated lessons and projects incorporating the children’s interests and academic goals
Skilled at assessing and monitoring phonological and numeracy skills in young children
Ability to design creative and engaging age-appropriate learning activities??
