Candidates should have a strong foundation in writing pedagogy that thoughtfully integrates inclusive and equitable classroom practices into their teaching and course design.
While 3+ years of teaching experience is an advantage, we welcome applications from both experienced educators and those newer to the profession who demonstrate curiosity, potential, and a commitment to professional growth. A master’s degree in English or a related field is preferred.
