Make a difference every day! Lawrence seeks highly qualified, charismatic, and inspiring educators to join the school community as substitute teachers at our Sagamore Hills Campus (grades 7-12). There are openings for part-time daily substitute positions.
The essential function of these positions is to provide coverage for teachers who are absent from school, and to provide a safe, structured, and academically-focused experience for students. The ideal candidates possess previous experience in a school setting. A positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and demonstrated success in a collaborative and cooperative workplace are essential. Knowledge and sensitivity to the needs of students who struggle with learning and attention differences is important. A bachelor’s degree is required; teacher licensure is preferred. Lawrence offers competitive rates and a supportive working environment.

ABOUT LAWRENCE SCHOOL
Lawrence School is a co-ed, K-12, independent school serving approximately 300 students from 11 counties and 80 communities across Northeast Ohio. We have two campus locations in Northeast Ohio. The Lower School in Broadview Heights serves kindergarten- through sixth-grade students, while the Upper School in Sagamore Hills serves seventh- through 12th-grade students.
