About the Role
Trinity Episcopal School seeks a warm, nurturing, and faith-driven Pre-Kindergarten Teacher (Age 3) to join our Early Childhood program. This teacher creates a safe, joyful, Christ-centered classroom where young children grow through play-based, developmentally appropriate learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a structured and nurturing classroom.
- Plan play-based learning.
- Support development in language, social-emotional, motor, and cognitive skills.
- Integrate Christian values.
- Ensure students’ safety.
- Guide behavior.
- Communicate with parents.
- Collaborate with staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ages 3–5.
- Knowledge of early childhood development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet Florida childcare requirements.
Highly Desirable
- FCCPC or CDA credential.
- Graduate degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience in Christian or independent school.

Demonstrates commitment to the Christian faith; models school mission and values.
Physical Requirements
Ability to engage actively with children; lift up to 30–40 pounds.
