About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of School and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Advancement will lead all aspects of San Domenico’s fundraising program. The successful candidate will bring meaningful experience in advancement and team leadership, and will work closely with a dedicated Advancement team, colleagues, and trustees to support the school’s philanthropic goals, including annual giving, major gifts, and a likely upcoming capital campaign aligned with the school’s new strategic priorities.

The salary range for this position is $210,000–$225,000. The starting salary will be based on several factors, including years of experience, education level, and relevant expertise.
