We’re looking for a caring, energetic Paraprofessional to support students in small groups and one-on-ones, assist teachers, and help create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.

You’re a great fit if you:
Love helping students grow
Are patient, flexible, and supportive
Communicate well and work great on a team
Have 2+ years of college coursework or an Associate’s degree (preferred)

What you’ll do:
Support academic learning
Assist with behavior and social-emotional needs
Prepare classroom materials
Help with supervision and daily school routines

Full-time • 10-month position • Faculty role
