 The Opportunity 
 As Dean of Academics, you&#39;ll serve as the instructional heartbeat of our Upper School&#8212;coaching faculty, strengthening curriculum coherence, and nurturing innovation in teaching and learning. You&#39;ll teach a one-credit course while partnering with department chairs to build collaborative structures that activate student thinking and deepen pedagogical craft.

You&#39;ll  Engage in Community  through visible leadership, building trust with students, faculty, and families while creating structures that empower teachers to collaborate and share practice.

Above all, you&#39;ll  Act with Integrity  as an instructional coach who provides evidence-based feedback and upholds the highest standards of professional practice. 
 What We&#39;re Looking For 
 
 Master&#39;s degree in Education, Curriculum &#38; Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field 
 Minimum five years of successful secondary teaching experience 
 Experience with instructional leadership, faculty coaching, and curriculum development 
 Deep understanding of adolescent development and research-based teaching practices 
 Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
