St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is seeking a Head Middle School Football Coach for the Fall 2026 season. This part-time, seasonal role reports to the Middle School Athletic Director and Football Program Director and is responsible for leading all aspects of the middle school football program.
Season: August 3 – November 7, 2026 Practices: Monday–Wednesday Games: Primarily Thursdays
Practice times are typically late afternoons or early mornings and may shift during the first weeks of the season due to heat and coach availability. The position also includes supporting the Varsity Football Program on Fridays and participating in limited off-season engagement, including two weeks of spring football in May.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the middle school football program
Plan and supervise practices and games
Supervise assistant coaches
Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, safety, and character development
Collaborate with athletic leadership, staff, parents, and students
