Shalom Christian Academy is seeking a Head of School Administration. This growing PreK - 12 school was established in 1976. Located in south central Pennsylvania, it has an enrollment of 650+ students. The school carries out its mission around its Anabaptist perspective using the core values of servanthood, community and academics.
The Head of School Administration serves as a key member of the school leadership team, overseeing all non-academic operational functions of the school including finance, human resources, facilities management, and development. This position ensures the efficient administrative foundation that supports the school's educational mission and strategic goals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in administrative or operational leadership
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
Demonstrated success in human resource management
Experience with facilities oversight and capital planning
Knowledge of fundraising and development practices
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
Previous experience in educational institution administration
Certification in school business management
Background in nonprofit management
Experience with construction or renovation projects
Knowledge of educational funding models and regulations
Shalom Christian Academy is a fully accredited Christian PreK through 12th grade school in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Shalom serves 680 students on its 50 acre campus with a mission to prepare each student for a life of consequence in the world for the kingdom of God. Shalom Christian Academy also partners with several local churches to provide the part-time Growing Tree Preschool program to an additional 180 students in the Chambersburg, Greencastle, and Waynesboro areas.
