Compensation:
Compensation is competitive and includes meals when school is in session, along with the possibility of housing. Health and retirement benefits, including TIAA-CREF, are part of the compensation package. Funding exists to support advanced degree work and participation in professional growth opportunities such as conferences and workshops.

Job Summary: Admissions Associate is responsible for collaborating with and following admissions and recruitment strategies and works with South Kent to promote, educate, communicate, and assist applicants through all stages of the admissions process including application documentation and submission, yield events and activities throughout the year associated with formal school program matriculation. Success in this role requires an ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and timelines simultaneously with independent autonomy and decision-making, organizing databases, direct communication with prospects and applicants operating across a dozen application deadlines (year-round), technical expertise with various software platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent the school accurately and compellingly to prospective students and parents, educational consultants, and other constituencies who may directly or indirectly play a role in recruitment/admissions activities.
Develop and foster relationships with school administrators and teachers to further communicate future enrollment efforts.
Communicate and meet with prospective families in a polite, systematic, and efficient manner, including appropriate and timely follow up.
Attend school fairs, including domestic travel.
Assist with the organization of the Admissions Tour Guides and set-up daily involvement with admissions visits and tours of campus.
Become proficient in the use of technology used to manage office recordkeeping and correspondence.
Learn and assist with the SEVIS process when necessary.
Interview applicants and families and provide a detailed report of the interview to the Admission Committee.
Support the School and its leadership.
Continually seek new opportunities to improve upon existing admission practices.
Maintain relationships with consultants, agents, and placement directors.
Work closely with the coaches to set up tours.
Attend team meetings, assembly, etc. to keep informed with what is happening on campus as well as cultivate a strong partnership with the school's faculty, staff, and administration.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
All other duties assigned.
Job Education & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is required in related field.
Domestic travel will be required.
Previous experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
Must have experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office proficiently.
Valid driver’s license.
