Princeton Charter School is looking for a grade 3 language arts teacher to co-teach two grade three classes. This is a full time position with other responsibilities including HR, a 30 minute reading period and student support for language arts literacy development. The co-teaching model allows for collaboration between the two teachers to design differentiated instruction that can vary day -to-day as needed, e.g. one teacher may pull a small group to review a particular skill while the other works with a larger group, both teachers may lead a lesson together, or both teachers may conference with students in a 1:12 ratio on writing, for example.
