| AIM Academy is seeking a Middle School (6th-8th Grade) Wilson Reading instructor to join our summer faculty. AIM Academy’s Summer Program is focused on tapping into the unique characteristics of children who learn differently and those who would benefit from hands-on, small-group instruction during the summer months. The ideal candidate will have classroom experience with young adolescents in implementing the Wilson Reading System (Level 1 certification required). An ideal candidate for this position would also have experience working with individuals with language-based learning differences and associated conditions, such as ADHD. This position is for AIM’s four-week 2026 Summer at AIM program, which serves rising 1st-12th graders from throughout the Philadelphia area. Hours of responsibility are 8:45 am to 12:45 pm, Monday through Friday. The session begins on Monday, July 6, 2026 and ends on Friday, July 31, 2026.
