We are looking for a Science Teacher who is confident in their teaching experience and able to:
instruct in the middle school with a physical and environmental science focus
design engaging lessons that meet the needs of a myriad of learners and utilize the unique ecological setting of the Rocky Hill campus
advise a small group of Middle School (6th-8th grade) students
Other additional responsibilities include:
attendance of professional growth opportunities and department and division meetings
participation in school-wide events and committees
any additional duties as assigned by the Division Head
Qualifications and requirements include
a bachelor's degree with a master's preferred
experience in education within the science field
excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
experience and confidence with technology
