Watershed seeks a passionate, energetic part-time Middle School Math educator. Our math program incorporates project-based approaches and emphasizes communication and engineering. This position involves teaching two courses in our middle school math sequence and an elective.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• A deep commitment to progressive educational ideas and practices
• 3+ years of experience teaching math, preferably at the middle school level
• A consistent record of working to innovate and improve their teaching through experimentation and professional learning
• Experience with the development, documentation, and assessment of innovative math curricula
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a wide range of adolescents

Compensation

The salary range for this part-time position is $29,500 - $38,200 based on experience.
