Associate Teacher Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree
? Experience working with young students preferred (e.g., summer camps, tutoring,
teaching experience)

? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Commitment to a strengths-based approach in working with children
? A growth mindset with an openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Compensation and Benefits
The full-time salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The starting salary depends on
factors that include background, years of experience, education level, and skill level.
