Founded in 1964 as an Episcopal boarding school for girls, Seabury Hall today is a coeducational independent day school serving 521 students from Maui in grades 5-12. The student body reflects Hawaii’s ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic diversity from all faiths and belief systems. The school is widely perceived as the preeminent college preparatory school on Maui and one of the leading schools in Hawaii. 

Each year, Seabury Hall is fully enrolled with a healthy waiting pool of qualified applicants. The School traditionally enrolls 90-100 new students per year in a rolling admissions setting with the majority falling within our early and standard admissions time line.

Seabury Hall is seeking a qualified and dynamic candidate to fill the role of Director of Admissions. The Director of Admissions serves as the primary architect of the student enrollment experience. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines the data-driven precision of mission appropriate recruitment with the creative storytelling of a marketing executive.

The Director is responsible for the entire "Admissions Funnel” from initial brand awareness and lead generation to the final enrollment and the ongoing retention of current families. As a 12-month leader, the Director will spend the academic year managing the application cycle with Financial Aid  and the summer months analyzing data, refining marketing assets, and preparing for the next recruitment season.

Education and Experience: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Experienced in marketing and public relations and working with the public and being skilled in communications.
