Springdale Preparatory School seeks a temporary Summer Academic and Student Activities Program Coordinator for summer 2026. This position plans, implements, and fulfills student activities for our summer international dual diplomia program of about 130 students from June 29 to August 21. This includes planning and attending weekly field trips and partnering with the residential life team to coordinate and plan weekend activities, both on- and off- campus, including scheduling, itinerary, transportation needs.

Qualified applicants should hold the following in education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience managing, training, and leading groups of students
Experience with managing contracts with outside vendors/partners
Prior experience in working with upper school students
Commitment to using professional role to further the creation of an equitable and inclusive school community
Interest in making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents
Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment
Empathetic and able to cultivate positive relationships with young people
Detail-oriented, with the capacity and flexibility to efficiently manage numerous small and large tasks
Exceptional verbal, written communication, and listening skills
A proven collaborator who can work with all internal and external members of the community
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience working in a school setting, preferred
Athletic Coaching experience preferred
Events management experience preferred
Experience with managing contracts with outside vendors/partners
Proficiency working with BlackBaud or other computer software programs, preferred
This is a full-time, temporary, exempt position from June to August 2026.
