Position Overview Classes are intentionally small, with 16 students per class for K–8 and 9 students per teacher for our youngest learners. These small class sizes allow teachers to build strong relationships, tailor instruction to individual needs, and support meaningful personal growth. Teachers participate in division meetings, collaborate across departments, and work to ensure all students achieve their highest potential.
