Buckingham Friends School seeks a new Full-Time First Grade Teacher beginning in September 2026. This full-time, 10-month position, includes responsibility for the curriculum and teaching all aspects of the First Grade program to 20 students; working closely with and maintaining positive and effective relationships with a full-time assistant teacher, the reading specialist, and four other Lower School teachers; developing and implementing curricula in a variety of areas; partnering and communicating regularly and effectively with parents; writing progress reports and maintaining student records; advancing the School’s mission as a Friends school, aligning with the School’s core values and philosophy, and actively supporting the School’s strategic plan.
