Position Overview
The Meadowbrook School is seeking a passionate, reflective, and student-centered elementay teacher to join our faculty. This role is ideal for an educator who values relationships, creativity, and collaboration, and who believes that relationships are the foundation of effective teaching.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Meadowbrook’s curriculum and philosophy
Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every child feels has an opportunity to succeed
Differentiate instruction to meet a range of academic needs
Use formative and summative assessment to inform instruction and support student growth
Collaborate closely with colleagues, specialists, and support staff
Communicate thoughtfully and proactively with families
Participate in school events, professional development, and community traditions
Support students’ social-emotional development and well-being
Contribute positively to Meadowbrook’s collaborative, team-oriented culture

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Elementary teaching certification
Experience teaching elementary-aged students preferred
Strong understanding of child development and best practices in elementary education
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A growth mindset, flexibility, and excitement about teaching and learning
Commitment to building strong relationships with students and families
