Waldorf School of the Peninsula (Preschool - Grade 12) is celebrating it's 41st year of bringing Waldorf education to Northern California. Our school has two beautiful campuses: Preschool through grade 5 in Los Altos and a few miles away in Mountain View are grades 6-12. Waldorf School of the Peninsula is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic First Grade Class Teacher to join our team in the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching, parent education and dialogue, self-development, and collegial cooperation. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is interested in joining our well-established grades faculty within a growing and thriving Silicon Valley community.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Waldorf training certification
- Previous Waldorf class teaching experience

Benefits and Compensation:
Waldorf School of the Peninsula provides medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee and their dependents. A generous tuition remission benefit is available for children of the employee. Depending on experience, certification and education, the yearly salary range is $72,000 - $75,000.
