PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Athenian School seeks a registrar and college counseling associate to join an experienced, forward thinking, and student-centered team. This person is responsible for the management of all student academic records and for working collaboratively with the Academic office on ensuring accurate and up-to-date student data and information. This person will also manage the administrative and logistical processes of our dynamic college counseling office including the support of the college counselors with coordination of teacher recommendations, document preparation, record keeping, and other aspects of the college application process. This person will also provide program support with events, web presence, and database management for the college counseling program. Responsibilities also include coordinating administration of on-site standardized testing.
