Founded in 1844, The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland is the oldest, K - 12 all-boys independent school in Maryland, with three divisions serving 625 boys, including a residential life program for grades 9-12. Director of Development
The Director of Development will establish and articulate all fundraising strategies; oversee the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor prospects; oversee all development activities; and act as a liaison for the School and the community. The Director of Development serves on the School’s administrative leadership team, works directly with the Board of Trustees, and is responsible for the management and mentoring of the alumni and development office, as well as coordinating with other school departments, such as enrollment management and marketing and communications.
Boys’ Latin seeks a proven leader, with established expertise, excellent communication skills, and an ability to garner support for the School from a wide range of constituencies. Successful candidates will have significant experience in fundraising as well as demonstrated leadership in a strategic role. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

The target salary for this role is $125K, commensurate with experience, with some flexibility for an exceptionally qualified candidate.
