Sayre School is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer with exceptional writing, editing, interpersonal, and creative communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment. The Multimedia Content Producer must be innovative, organized, and self-motivated to serve in the critical role of creating multimedia content that promotes and shares Sayre School. This involves clear, concise marketing, branding, and communication initiatives that utilize creative storytelling.
Multimedia Content Producer Responsibilities:
Video and photograph school activities and events for use in online media and other marketing materials, and upload/organize media.
Technical proficiency in video editing software, along with strong creative abilities such as storytelling, visual design, and motion graphics
Research and produce content for the school as needed.
Conduct meetings and cultivate relationships in the community.
Adhere to the school’s style guide, ensuring high-quality and error-free copy.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively with departments to strategize content ideas in support of various school initiatives.
Eagerness and ability to learn and take on other responsibilities as needed.
Multimedia Content Producer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred.
Two years of experience in communications, social media management, photography, and videography, with knowledge of shooting and editing.
Strong portfolio of work, creativity, and a proven ability to create engaging content.
Strong storytelling skills across photography and videography.
Experience with digital tools, including video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software), proficiency in Canva (or similar design platforms), and familiarity with Sprout Social (or similar social scheduling tools).
Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, X, YouTube) and current digital trends. The ability to track and report on the results of social media initiatives.
Capacity to manage details and a broad overview while bringing multiple projects to fruition with grace, speed, and flexibility.
