Sun Valley Community School seeks a flexible, personable, and professional Lower School Administrative Assistant to begin June 15, 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month, administrative team position with benefits. 

Responsibilities 

• collaborate with the Lower School Head to ensure their ability to execute their responsibilities as fully and efficiently as possible 
• support students, families, and faculty
• respond to inquiries expediently
• maintain student records, grades, courses, and scheduling in a database 
• preparing email communications 
• proofreading Lower School report cards (three terms)
