We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic Kindergarten co-teacher to join our dynamic early childhood team.
At CRS, we believe in nurturing young learners through joyful, play-based exploration, meaningful relationships, and developmentally responsive teaching. Our kindergarten program emphasizes social-emotional learning, creativity, and foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
With co-teaching partner, plan and lead engaging, play-based lessons across all areas of early childhood learning
Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing environment
Foster strong relationships with families through consistent, caring communication
Participate fully in school life (faculty meetings, recess duty, carpool, committees, etc.)
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure inclusive, responsive, and mission-aligned teaching
Qualifications:
Experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood classroom
Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and honoring diverse identities
Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
