The Role

• Deliver structured literacy instruction (phonics, fluency, comprehension)
  
  
• Provide targeted 1:1 + small-group intervention for students with learning differences
  
  
• Design and implement data-driven reading plans
  
  
• Use research-based methods + assistive technology
  
  
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and reporting
  
  
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
  
  
• Lead literacy best practices and support school-wide initiatives
  
  

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM

What You Bring

• Master’s in Reading, Literacy, or Special Education
  
  
• Orton-Gillingham (or similar) certification (Wilson, Barton, etc.)
  
  
• Experience with dyslexia, ADHD, and intensive reading intervention
  
  
• Knowledge of IEPs, 504s, and structured literacy
  
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization
  
  
• Tech-savvy (assistive tech, Google Workspace)
