Salary Range: $43.27 to $57.69 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).

The Archer School for Girls is currently seeking a full-time Associate Director of Admissions. The Associate Director of Admissions will be an essential partner to the Director of Admissions in welcoming families as they learn about Archer, providing day-to-day support for the admissions process, and interacting with a variety of constituents including applicant families, current students and volunteers, faculty, staff, feeder schools, and other sending organizations. This individual is part of an energetic, dynamic and mission-driven team that plays a key role in shaping first impressions and the ongoing experiences of families throughout the admissions process.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with the Director of Admissions to lead admissions operations, overseeing recruitment, marketing, outreach strategies, and communications for prospective, admitted, and newly enrolled families.
Direct application and enrollment processes from initial inquiry through matriculation, managing multiple portal systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
Manage the receipt and uploading process of application documents.
Prepare interview appointment-related materials, such as admissions exercise packets and postcards, and day visit-related materials.
Interview applicant families across middle school and upper school divisions and complete an internal post-interview summary.
Facilitate admissions committee reviews by coordinating the release of applicant files to the committee and actively participating in decision-making discussions to support enrollment outcomes.
Participate in the internal Admissions Committee to evaluate applicants and contribute to final selection decisions.
Serve on the Financial Aid Committee, reviewing applications and participating in award deliberations.
Lead planning and coordination of student visit days, support the design and execution of admissions events that showcase school culture and signature programs, and create event materials such as programs, name tags, etc.
Assist in training student and parent ambassadors on the campus tour route and other admissions volunteer opportunities.
Collect, prepare, and analyze admissions and enrollment data to create predictive models that support strategic planning and budget forecasting with the Director.
Produce presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Trustees.
Collaborate with the Director to request the annual admissions budget.
Oversee expense monitoring, purchase records management, and coordination with the Business Office.
Manage digital and print marketing efforts, including admissions webpage updates, photo and video content creation, invitation design, email campaigns, admissions newsletters, and consortium and partner organization profiles.
Foster cross-department collaboration with faculty, athletics, and performing arts teams to ensure a memorable application process.
Coordinate newly enrolled student placement through assessments for the math and science academic departments.
Support schoolwide operating systems, communication, and any other logistics that would require multi-department partnership.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least five years of experience at an independent school is desirable.
Admissions or marketing experience would be optimal.
