The salary range for this position is $77,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. 

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 + group college & career counseling
  
  
• Guide students through college search, applications, essays, and admissions strategy
  
  
• Build balanced college lists + write compelling recommendations
  
  
• Lead college counseling curriculum + parent/student workshops
  
  
• Coordinate college visits, fairs, and post-secondary events
  
  
• Manage student records, testing (PSAT/SAT/ACT/AP), and counseling resources
  
  
• Advise on dual enrollment, vocational, and alternative pathways
  
  
• Collaborate across teams + contribute to school-wide initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s required (Master’s preferred)
  
  
• 3+ years in college counseling, admissions, or related field
  
  
• Deep knowledge of college admissions + post-secondary pathways
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  
  
• Experience with diverse learners preferred
  
  
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and counseling platforms
