Charles Wright Academy (CWA) is a co-educational, non-religious, independent school located in University Place, WA. Charles Wright Academy is located on a beautiful and sprawling 107-acre campus that includes athletic fields and more than 60 acres of gorgeous Pacific Northwest forest that also serve as an extension of our proper academic campus. Position Description:
Charles Wright Academy is seeking a motivated and passionate Head Football Coach to lead and grow our high school football program and also has the opportunity to oversee the Middle School Football Program.
Charles Wright Academy is a respected independent school in the Tacoma/University Place area known for its strong academic program, supportive community, and commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
Our team competes in an 8-man football league, and we are looking for a coach who brings energy, experience, and a vision to take the program to the next level.
As a school and football program, our goal is to get back to 11 man football, but are confident in the current landscape and 8 man league we are currently operating in.

*Strong leadership and program-building mindset
*Ability to mentor and develop student-athletes through the sport of football
*Someone willing to provide support and guidance to our youth football program and coaching staff.

Knowledge in the rules and coaching all positions in football
