Griffin School is seeking an experienced, energetic, and engaging high school math teacher. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on teaching AP Calculus AB and BC. The position is likely to include a section of Precalculus or another high school math course.
Candidates should be committed, passionate, creative, and compassionate people who have a demonstrated expertise in their subject matter and who work effectively with high school students in a classroom setting. Schedule: The school operates on a traditional school calendar. The 2026-27 school year starts for staff members in early August and ends in early June with typical school holidays throughout the year.
Benefits:
Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance included. Base insurance is provided with 100% of premium expenses covered by the school. Upgrades for medical insurance are offered with the employee funding any premium increase. 401K matching is included.

Requirements:
BA or BS in a field related to the courses being taught
At least two years experience as the lead teacher of AP Calculus AB and/or BC
Demonstrated success in motivating students and supporting their academic growth
Passion for helping student grow as people and supporting their social and emotional development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
