Academy of the Sacred Heart is seeking a Little Hearts Admissions Coordinator to support the admissions process for our early childhood program. This position works closely with the Director of Admission, Little Hearts Division Head, and school community to welcome and guide prospective families through the admissions and enrollment process while supporting the mission and Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart education.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the Little Hearts admissions process from inquiry through enrollment
• Maintain applicant records and admissions data in Blackbaud
• Coordinate admissions events, tours, and open houses
• Build relationships with prospective families, local schools, and daycares
• Assist with admissions marketing materials and communications
• Prepare admissions materials, reports, and committee files
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Little Hearts teams on recruitment and enrollment efforts
• Support the Admissions Dashboard and data collection needs
• Attend professional development opportunities and assist with additional admissions projects as needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with parents, students, faculty, and staff
• Experience with Blackbaud or similar database systems preferred
• Previous experience in admissions or education preferred
