Main duties and responsibilities:

•  Plan lessons linked to the curriculum plan.
•  Incorporate modern pedagogical approaches into teaching.
•  Differentiate and individualize instruction accordingly.
•  Collaborate with colleagues to provide opportunities for cross-curricular learning.
•  Record student progress.
•  Demonstrate effective classroom management.
•  Understand and value the importance of a well-rounded education.
•  Positively contribute to the school community (this includes but is not limited to teaching electives, supervision duties, and supporting in “after-hour” events such as the Sports Banquet, School Dance, etc).
•  Support recruitment and re-enrollment efforts.
•  Maintain respectful and professional communication with parents.
•  Uphold Episcopal values and traditions and act as a role model for students at all times.

Successful applicants will be contacted for a short Zoom to discuss the role, then invited onto campus to teach a lesson, tour the school, and participate in a formal interview.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (in Education preferred), State Certification or Statement of Eligibility preferred.
