Position Overview
Lamplighter anticipates hiring one or more elementary educators to support its Lower School program (Grades 1–4). Depending on final internal staffing decisions, this role may involve homeroom teaching or subject-focused instruction in areas such as literacy, social studies, science, or mathematics.
Lamplighter’s elementary program emphasizes inquiry, strong relationships, and integrated learning experiences that help students develop curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
