Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment, the Data and Communications Manager oversees the administration and strategic use of the school’s enrollment CRM, Finalsite Enrollment, supporting the full lifecycle of the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role ensures the efficient collection and management of applicant data, manages communication workflows with prospective families, and provides analysis of data trends to help improve response rates, conversion, and overall enrollment outcomes.
Working closely with the Admissions Office, the Data and Communications Manager ensures systems and processes support a seamless experience for prospective families while providing accurate data and insights to inform enrollment strategy.
The Data and Communications Manager also serves as a key point of contact for prospective students and families, providing timely support throughout the admissions process and assisting international students with required documentation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator of Finalsite Enrollment, managing forms, workflows, and system configuration related to the admissions process.
Oversee electronic intake and management of inquiries, applications, transcripts, recommendations, and other admissions materials.
Develop and manage communication workflows for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment.
Monitor and analyze enrollment funnel data, including inquiries, applications, admissions, and enrollment yield.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Dean of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions and Financial Aid on trends and performance across the enrollment pipeline.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and data management best practices.
Respond to inquiries from prospective families via email, phone, and other communication channels, providing support throughout the admissions process.
Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for international students, supporting the issuance and management of Form I-20 and assisting families with documentation and processes related to F-1 Student Visa requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and family engagement within the CRM.
Train and support admissions staff in effective use of the system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience managing a CRM or database system, preferably in admissions, enrollment, or education.
Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills.
Ability to translate data and system insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience supporting international students or familiarity with Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) processes preferred, but not required.
