Bullis School seeks a Lower School Co-Teacher for the 2026–27 academic year to partner with a Lower School homeroom teacher in supporting young learners within a caring, inclusive, and joyful classroom community. This educator will partner closely with a homeroom teacher to facilitate student learning and development throughout the school day. In partnership with the homeroom teacher, the Co-Teacher helps create and maintain a healthy, safe, and inclusive learning environment where curiosity, creativity, and confidence flourish. The Co-Teacher works closely with students in one-on-one and small group settings, reinforcing lessons, listening to students read, guiding inquiry, and supporting skill development. In addition to instructional responsibilities, the Co-Teacher assists with classroom organization, materials preparation, and daily routines that allow the homeroom teacher to focus on instruction and student growth.
