The salary range for this position is $77,000–$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
Deliver 1:1 + group college & career counseling
Guide students through college search, applications, essays, and admissions strategy
Build balanced college lists + write compelling recommendations
Lead college counseling curriculum + parent/student workshops
Coordinate college visits, fairs, and post-secondary events
Manage student records, testing (PSAT/SAT/ACT/AP), and counseling resources
Advise on dual enrollment, vocational, and alternative pathways
Collaborate across teams + contribute to school-wide initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s required (Master’s preferred)
3+ years in college counseling, admissions, or related field
Deep knowledge of college admissions + post-secondary pathways
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Experience with diverse learners preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and counseling platforms
