Salary: $63,000–$67,000 + competitive benefits

The Role

• Provide 1:1 + group counseling (academic, social-emotional, executive functioning)
• Support profoundly gifted + neurodiverse students through data-informed strategies
• Lead student programs, classroom lessons, and workshops
• Partner with faculty, families, and Student Services team
• Coordinate referrals + outside support services
• Promote a safe, structured, student-centered environment

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM

What You Bring

• Master’s in School or Mental Health Counseling
• 2–3+ years counseling experience (prevention + intervention)
• Expertise in executive function, study skills, self-advocacy
• Strong collaboration, communication, and confidentiality practices
• Knowledge of learning differences + barriers to learning
• Proficiency with student systems, LMS, and productivity tools
