The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative professional who loves bringing people together and telling meaningful stories. As our Events & Publicity Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our community connects, celebrates, and grows.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute engaging events, from fundraisers to alumni gatherings
Build relationships with donors and sponsors while supporting fundraising efforts
Lead event logistics, communications, and volunteer coordination
Create compelling digital content (social media, website, newsletters)
Support advancement and enrollment initiatives
Maintain donor records and reporting in Raiser’s Edge
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Plus occasional evenings/weekends for special events)

What You Bring
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Experience (or strong interest) in events, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofits
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with confidence

Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and CMS platforms
